Orbit Garant Drilling has been providing surface drilling services for over twenty years. The company has conducted a vast number of surface drilling campaigns in Canada and has also successfully taken charge of several international projects, namely in Mexico and South America. The latter have allowed it to gain extensive expertise on the Guyana Shield and to develop techniques and equipment suited to saprolitic, lateritic and clay-type soils.

Surface drilling is regularly conducted in areas that are difficult to access and located in hostile environments. Consequently, whether at high or low altitude, extreme temperatures, high levels of humidity or in the presence of tropical insects, the staff of Orbit Garant Drilling has been rigorously selected and trained to be able to work effectively.
